I was invited to go sailing with some friends. It was my first time ever and it was wonderful!!!
We saw some pirates, but they left us alone.

I want to go on a boat sooo bad!! We always see all these people in their boats, and I am so very jealous.
Wow, that looks heavenly. Sailing is so peaceful!
I'm sure they'll seem juvenile, but some of my favourite books as a child were of the Swallows and Amazons series by Arthur Ransome. After reading them, I fell in love with sailing. If you were to stumble across some, I think they'd be worth a look.
It's been a while since I went on a sailboat, and you've just reminded me why I've always found the experience so magical. Beautiful captures - the sails filling with wind are just so ethereal.
