feet

After a month of pain...and gosh has it been a real pain!...I finally had my doctor's appointment for my feet. I was looking for some hopeful news like "Oh...it's just a bruise" or "Here, take this medicine and all your pain will go away!" or even "Let's just cut the damn things off!!!" Haha, I'm TOTALLY kidding!
I'll spare you the boring details of my appointment. The results are in. I have Planter Fasciatus, Tendonitis, and I'm-really-annoyed-itis.
The good news is that hopefully in a week or two I'll be pain free, at least until the next time they decide to bother me again.

I'm heartened by the fact that you're at least well on your way to feeling better.

If it helps any, we're going to visit a cousin tomorrow...and he's a podiatrist!

When I was in Chicago a couple of months ago my mom was aghast at my feet and my alignment. And my shoes. My dad took me to the Walking Store, bought me sensible shoes, and I'm a convert. Only healthy shoes for me from now on. (Hard to find sensible shoes that look good with a suit, especially a skirt suit, but. . . definitely worth it.)

Soooo. . . after you get healed up, spend the $$$ in getting fitted for a pair of feet-friendly shoes. You will be SO glad you did.

I'm so glad you finally found out what was going on though! It sounded frustrating!! Hopefully it will heal and you won't have to think about it for a long long time!!
